By confirming the offer, you accept our payment terms:
- Two weeks after receipt of the confirmation, the first deposit of 50% of the total booked arrangement is due.
- The final payment is to be paid one month before the start of the event.
- Further extras will be charged at your check-out.
By confirming the offer, you accept the following percentage cancellation conditions of the entire booked arrangement:
- up to 90 days before the arrival free of charge
- up to 60 days before the arrival 50%
- up to 30 days before the arrival 70%
- up to 7 days before the arrival 80%
- in the last week before the arrival 100%
In case of cancellation up to 90 days before the arrival, 5% of the arrangement will be retained as a processing fee.
