With the confirmation of the offer you accept the following terms of payment:
- Two weeks after receipt of the confirmation, a deposit of 50% of the total booked arrangement is due.
- The final payment is due no later than one month before the start of the event.
- Further extras will be charged on site.
By confirming the offer, you accept the following cancellation conditions for the entire booked arrangement:
- up to 90 days before the start of the event: free of charge
- up to 60 days before the start of the event: 50 %
- up to 30 days before the start of the event: 70 %
- up to 7 days before the start of the event: 80 %
- in the last week before the start of the event: 100%
In the event of cancellation up to 90 days before the start of the event, 5% of the arrangement will be retained as a processing fee.
