Our castle dinner combines seasonal compositions with the signature of our kitchen team and turns your evening into a special moment of pleasure.

In addition to our à la carte selection, our evening menu features a daily changing four-course dinner with exclusive creations not found on our regular menu. For the main course, you may choose from up to three different options.

Insight into the menu

A fresh, light starter: leaf salads with tomatoes, cucumber and peppers – simple, fresh and perfect as a snack between meals.

A classic of Austrian cuisine – with a choice of frittata or cheese dumplings, served with root vegetables and full of flavour.

Crispy baked and traditionally served with parsley potatoes, cranberries and lemon – a timeless favourite.

Tenderly fried and accompanied by balsamic lentils, kohlrabi and mangetout – light, balanced and finely tuned.

A vegetarian dish with character: served with feta, marinated spinach leaves and nut butter – flavoursome and seasonally inspired.

We attach great importance to regional and seasonal products and work closely with local farmers and producers. We source meat from our own farm, Gutshof Harlandleiten, among others. Many of our specialities – from jams to cakes – are made in-house and are freshly prepared for our guests every day.
