Your room will be available from 15:00 on the day of arrival.
On the day of departure we ask you to vacate your room by 11:00.
We will be happy to store your luggage if you wish to leave later.
You can use the wellness area free of charge from 12:00 on the day of arrival.
The hotel reception is open from 07:00 – 22:00, if you would like to arrive or depart outside these times, please let us know in advance.
Free cancellation up to 14 days before arrival.
From 14 days before arrival 50% of the total amount.
From 7 days before arrival we charge 100% of the total amount.
Cancellation conditions Christmas & New Year’s Eve
Free cancellation up to 30 days before arrival.
From 29 days before arrival 70% of the total amount.

We recommend that you take out travel cancellation insurance, e.g. with Europäische Reiseversicherung (www.europaeische.at).

Our comfortable castle car park offers space for 46 vehicles.
The price for a parking space is € 14.00 per night.

The outdoor car parks on the castle grounds are free of charge.

Helmets are also available for hire on request.

These items can be purchased directly at reception.
We accept cash, EC card/bank card, Mastercard, Visa and Amex to settle the hotel bill on site. Other credit cards cannot be accepted.
The local tax is set annually. It currently amounts to € 2.55/person per night and is not included in the price.
The local tax is charged for children from the age of 15.
The current price list supersedes all previous price lists.

The provisions of Austrian hotel contract law apply.
Please inform us in writing if you are unable to start your holiday as planned. First and foremost, we will try to let your room to other guests immediately so that you do not incur any cancellation costs. In the event that we are unable to re-let your room, we recommend that you take out travel cancellation insurance “just in case”. This is easily possible at www.europaeische.at.
You can use one of our three charging stations or the Tesla charging station in our garage for your electric car.
Charging is free of charge, but we charge € 14.00 per day for parking your electric car in the garage during the charging process.
We offer free internet access throughout the hotel (except in the wellness area).
We are happy to take your allergies and/or intolerances into consideration.
Please let us know your wishes before you arrive so that we can pass this information on to our kitchen and restaurant team in good time.

- Transfer to or from Mittersill train station by prior arrangement.
- In summer we offer a shuttle to the golf course in Mittersill.
- In winter we offer a free shuttle to the nearest ski area (Panoramabahn Kitzbüheler Alpen middle station).
- If you need a transfer from another location / place, we will be happy to organise a taxi for you (for a fee).
900 years ago, there was no lift. You had to climb many stairs to reach each room. And even though we enjoy all the comforts of the 20th century in the castle today, there are still a few stairs to climb.
Please let us know if you have walking difficulties and we will reserve a room for you as close to ground level as is possible in the castle.
