Arrival: Located just 20 minutes from Kitzbühel and 30 minutes from Zell am See, the castle sits at the foot of the Felbertauern near Mittersill. Getting here is easy – also possible by public transport.

Check-in/Check-out: Your room or suite will be available from 3:00 pm on the day of arrival and until 11:00 am on the day of departure. You are welcome to arrive earlier around midday and enjoy our hotel bar or restaurant before your room is ready. On departure, we are happy to store your luggage free of charge at the reception.

Cancellation policy

• Free cancellation up to 14 days prior to arrival.
• From 14 days prior to arrival: 50% of the total amount.
• From 7 days prior to arrival: 100% of the total amount.

Christmas & New Year cancellation policy

• Free cancellation up to 30 days prior to arrival.
• From 29 days prior to arrival: 70% of the total amount.
• From 7 days prior to arrival: 100% of the total amount.
