The best beef
Pinzgau cattle produce both excellent milk and exquisite meat with a unique aroma and full taste. Our own Pinzgau cattle are already at our farm - in Harlandleiten.
Headchef
Benjamin Jochum is the master in the castle kitchen. The Chef de Cuisine was at home for many years in international kitchens of distinction, he was inspired by the best of the best.
