Your room is available from 15:00 on the day of arrival.
On the day of departure we ask you to vacate your room by 11:00 am.
We will be happy to store your luggage if you wish to leave later.
On the day of departure you can enjoy the wellness area for the whole day for a small fee.
The hotel reception is open from 07:30 – 22:00, if you want to arrive or depart outside these hours, please inform us in advance.

Price per pet per night: 25,00 € without food. Please note that pets are only allowed in the Deluxe, Superior and Gatehouse categories. Pets are not allowed in the restaurant and spa.
Our comfortable castle garage offers space for 46 vehicles. The price for a parking space is € 14,00 per night. Here you will also find our charging stations for your e-car.
The outdoor parking spaces on the castle grounds are free of charge.
To guarantee your booking, please provide us with your credit card details. We take the liberty of deducting 30% of the total amount as a deposit. The remaining amount will be charged to you upon departure. You can then settle this with your preferred means of payment. You are also welcome to transfer the 30% deposit to our account.
Play a round on the court where Clark Gabel once played his tennis tournaments. Court reservation via the hotel reception. fee € 20.00 per hour. Rackets and balls are available for hire on request.
We charge € 54.00 per person and day for our Hauben award-winning 5-course evening menu.
Our afternoon snack “Hearty & Regional” is included in the pampering board.
The spa bag including towels, slippers and bathrobe is at your disposal for the duration of your stay.
To settle the hotel bill on site we accept cash, EC card/debit card, Mastercard, Visa and Amex. Other credit cards cannot be accepted.
The local tax is determined annually. It is currently € 1.15/person (from October 2023 € 2.05/person) per night and is not included in the price. For children, the local tax is charged from the age of 15.
With the current price list all previous price lists lose their validity. Prices are subject to change without notice, errors and omissions excepted. The provisions of the Austrian Hotel Contract Law apply.
Please inform us in writing if you cannot start your vacation as planned. In the first place we try to sublet your room immediately to other guests, so that no cancellation costs arise for you. In the event that we are unable to sublet your room, we recommend that you take out travel cancellation insurance “just in case”. This is possible without any problems at www.europaeische.at.
For your electric car you can use one of our three charging stations or the Tesla charging station in our garage. Charging is free of charge, as is parking your e-car in the garage while charging.
In the entire hotel area (except in the wellness area) we offer free internet access.
We will gladly take your allergy and/or intolerance into consideration. Please let us know your wishes before arrival so that we can pass this information on to our kitchen and restaurant team in good time.

- In summer we offer a free shuttle to the golf course in Mittersill.
- In winter we offer a free shuttle according to schedule to the nearest ski resort. (Resterhöhe)
- If you need a transfer from another place / place, we are happy to organize a cab for you (for a fee).
900 years ago there was no elevator. One had to climb many stairs to reach each chamber. And even though today we enjoy all the comforts of the 20th century in the castle, there are still one or two stairs to climb.
Please let us know if you are walking impaired and we will reserve you a room as level as possible in the castle.
