What is a floating brunch?
Floating Brunch is a breakfast that can be enjoyed whilst floating in the pool, or by the sun loungers in the spa area. Just imagine: you start the day in the pleasantly warm water of our panoramic outdoor pool, whilst a lavishly laid breakfast glides straight to you on a floating tray. Fresh pastries, regional specialities, fruit, sweet treats, as well as coffee, tea or Prosecco ensure a delightful start to the day – accompanied by the unique backdrop of Mittersill Castle.

No. Depending on availability, the Floating Brunch can also be booked by external guests.
You can come for breakfast between 09:00 and 11:30. You are welcome to enjoy the spa area until 1.00 pm. The Floating Brunch is available by reservation only, which must be made at least one day in advance.
