The two-time Olympic city (1964 and 1976) is a center for sports par excellence. Among the most popular destinations around Mittersill are the Swarovski Crystal Worlds with their sparkling treasures.

Zell am See

The small town of Zell am See has around 9,900 inhabitants and was a market village until 1928, when it gained town status.
